Since 1 June, SoCom Informationssysteme GmbH has had a new managing director: Stefan Hoffmann. He takes over the management of our company and, together with the existing SoCom Team, will continue to develop our solutions and services for the textile service industry.

In many textile service companies, it has grown over many years: processes work because individual employees have a wealth of experience and knowledge. They know which items belong in which washing process. They know ‘their’ routes. They know approximately how many containers are in circulation.

But what happens when this knowledge is no longer available to the company?
