The module for individual invoicing

This module organises the printing and management of invoicing or billing for all modules. All articles and services are present in the article master file. A standard price list can also be stored here. Furthermore, up to 255 additional price lists can be stored. Prices contingent on delivery quantities are also possible. Regardless of how large the article assortment may be, an individualised, customer-specific, price list can be created for every customer and their respective departments.

The module for absolute reliability

The operating room and intensive care unit are highly sensitive departments. Textiles guaranteed to be sterile is a must. For this reason, every item handled in this module is assigned a barcode or RFID tag number. The items can be assigned to the storage inventory or specifically to a customer. Operating room sets with their individual items can be entered in the master data according to the required packing sequence. Any number of alternative articles can be assigned to each packing position. This sequence has to be strictly adhered to during packing.

The module for automated exchange

This module handles the automated exchange of dust control mats and the related accounting process. The inventory, made up of individual articles separated by colour and size, is specified for each customer. Different prices can be stored in cases where the invoicing is done after an exchange, depending on the exchange cycle. The mats can also be invoiced with a flat rental rate (e.g. rental price per item and week). Advance or subsequent invoicing can be differentiated in the flat fee invoicing method.

The module for a segregated service

Workshops, printing plants etc. use several different kinds of operating fluids and lubricants. Soaked with grease and chemicals, wipers need to be cleaned and re-used. A separate washing process is a must. The TIKOS wipers module supports the entire segregated process - from the goods-in registration right through to the invoicing.

This module handles the automatic replacement of roller towels and the billing for the dispensers and roller towels. The dispenser and roller towel stock levels are determined individually for each customer. Billing the actual exchange can be done with different price lists determined by the exchange intervals. Roller towels can also be billed at a flat rental fee (e.g. rental fee per piece and week).

Simple management of private laundry

This module conveniently manages private laundry jobs from collection points, branches, outlets or routes. And in addition, a commission accounting can be created for every collection point. Up to five different commission rates (e.g. for laundries, dry cleaning services, external services etc.) per collection point can be stored. The assignment of an individual article to a commission group is stored with the item information.

Tool for the best overview

It’s not easy to keep track of extensive and complex figures. Our TIKOS module "statistics" helps you to evaluate data and to grafically display them with diagrams. All quantities and turnovers are recorded chronologically in relation to article, customer, and department. A clear distinction is made between the rental proportion and processing proceeds. Accumulated monthly and fiscal year figures also appear in the statistics print out. The sales share (in percent) that each customer, department, and article renders, can be shown in relation to its respective group e.g. customer group, article group, etc., and of course as a share of the overall sales volume.
