The apprenticeships at SoCom usually last 3 years. However, with the relevant prior knowledge, it has also been possible to shorten the duration to two years.
Our trainees attend vocational school in Lauingen. During the block teaching weeks, accommodation is available in the student dormitory - paid for by SoCom.
The salary during the apprenticeship increases with each year of training. In the third year, SoCom trainees already earn 1,000 euros.
A permanent employment contract at SoCom is offered after the apprenticeship, if the trainees perform well.
Flexible working hours are also possible with us during training, provided that the working hours are not regulated by the youth employment protection act.
