Data privacy statement for newsletter

We, SoCom Informationssysteme GmbH (Raiffeisenstrasse 44, 86381 Krumbach-Niederraunau, info_at_socom.de), process personal data (last name, first name, e-mail address) for the purpose of sending our regular newsletter and for our own marketing purposes.

The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 EU-DSGVO and § 7 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 UWG.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future to the e-mail address you have provided and that you are the same person as the undersigned or the returning person. For verification you will receive a separate e-mail with which you have to confirm your newsletter order. Without this confirmation you will not receive any newsletter.

Your data will be sent for shipping purposes to software service providers (Inxmail GmbH in Freiburg and CAS Software AG in Karlsruhe, Germany). A transfer to other third parties or to third countries does not take place. Your data will be stored for as long as you wish to receive the newsletter. You have the right to information, rectification, cancellation ("Forgotten"), restriction of processing, a right to object, a right to data portability and a right to revoke your consent. In case of cancellation, you will no longer receive a newsletter from us. Please direct your revocation in writing by e-mail (info_at_socom.de), write or fax us (+49 82 82 - 88 16 06 0). You will receive an immediate response after receipt. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter via a link in each newsletter.

If you believe that we are not properly processing your personal information, you have a right of appeal to a regulatory agency. You can reach our data protection officer via datenschutz_at_socom.de.
