We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
The processing of your data primarily serves to establish an employment relationship. The overriding legal basis for this is Article 88 Paragraph 1 of GDPR in conjunction with section 26 Paragraph 1 of GDPR. Your personal application data is collected and processed exclusively for the specific purpose of filling positions within our company. Your data will only ever be forwarded to the internal bodies and specialist departments within our company who are responsible for the specific application procedure. Storage period of the application data
Your personal application data will always be automatically deleted three months after the application procedure has been completed. If we do employ you, we will add your application documents to your human resources file. After the employment relationship comes to an end, we will continue to store the specific personal data that we are legally obliged to retain. This is usually the result of statutory burden of proof and storage obligations which are defined in the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code as well as in other directives. According to these codes, the storage periods are up to ten years. It is also possible that personal data may be stored for the period of time during which claims can be brought against us (statutory limitation period of three or up to thirty years).
